We are a local, family-owned service and remodel business located in Tempe, and servicing the entire Phoenix Metro area. We are looking for an experienced, full-time reconstruction and rebuild technician to join our team. This is a permanent, long term position.

Please only apply if your finish work is IMPECCABLE. We are not able to deliver a final product to our customers that is sloppy, crooked, out of level, smeared, or scratched. We also flip houses and rentals, so this is critical.

REQUIRED areas of competency:

- Basic plumbing (p-traps, angle stops, etc.)

- Basic electrical (can lights, switches, outlets, new circuits)

- Whole house remodeling from start to finish

- Safe work practices and current building codes

- Drywall repairs, all textures - MUST BE SOLID

- Flooring, all types - MUST BE SOLID

- Light cabinet install - MUST BE SOLID

- Painting, interior and exterior

- Any other basic build back or remodeling

RECOMMENDED, but not required, but willing and able to learn:

- Tile, floors, backsplashes, and showers

- Stucco repair

- Doors and window replacement

- Load-bearing wall removal

- Baseboard, doors, and trim

- Small block repairs (minimal)

- REMODEL EXPERIENCE A MUST

REQUIREMENTS:

- Must be 18 years of age

- Clean criminal history and clean driving record

- Must be a hard worker and ready to learn

- Must be able to lift 50+ pounds alone
