Full-Time Web Developer/Designer Wanted – Join Our Creative Team!

We’re a growing graphic and website design agency located in downtown Prescott, AZ, and we’re looking for a talented Full-Time Web Developer/Designer to join our team!

About the Role:

This is a full-time position focused on custom WordPress website development and design. You’ll work with a variety of clients, from local businesses to non-profits, crafting websites that are visually stunning, user-friendly, and tailored to each client’s needs.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience with WordPress (Elementor proficiency is a must).

Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles.

Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and basic graphic design skills.

Understanding of SEO, ADA compliance, and website performance optimization is a plus.

Strong attention to detail and a passion for design and user experience.

Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively.

Local to Prescott, AZ, or able to work in-office at least part of the time.

Your Responsibilities:

Develop and design WordPress websites using Elementor and custom coding where needed.

Assist with website updates, plugin configurations, and troubleshooting.

Collaborate with our team to bring client visions to life.

Ensure websites are mobile-friendly, functional, and visually appealing.

Work directly with clients to refine and finalize website designs.

Pay based on experience - approx 35hrs/week.

Qualifications:

Experience with HTML, CSS and Wordpress

Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD

Excellent Computer skills

Familiar with email marketing programs such as MailChimp

Ability to identify and produce good quality design

Experience with general office tasks such as answering phones

Ability to multitask and think critically

Ability to communicate clearly and directly with clients

Great customer service skills
