Catalina Transportation Services is currently seeking a mature, motivated individual with strong customer service and excellent communication skills, via phone, written, email and texting.
The position completes reservations, answering phone calls and email, assigning drivers, creating and printing work orders and written correspondence of sales quotes and proposals. Must have strength in organizational habits and a good sense of prioritizing. There is constant data entry and being proficient with computers, MS word, MS365 and internet navigation for research and google maps.
Able to give directions and instructions while multitasking. Able to handle customers and chauffeurs simultaneously. This can be a high-stress position at times.
Good working knowledge of the Tucson/Phoenix tourist attractions, hotels, resorts and airports is a must. Will train for FBOs and unusual venues.
Experience is a must, as is the ability to work autonomously in the evenings while staying on task.
An AZ driver’s license is necessary. Pre-employment drug screen, background check and fingerprint clearance by international airport regulations is required. Must have your own reliable transportation to and from the office.
This position is part time, Friday evening, Saturday daytime, Sunday daytime and Monday evening, with a potential additional evening (either Tuesday or Thursday, depending upon business needs). Immediate opening. Paid day-training is scheduled before shift placement, which you would need to be available for. Ninety-day probationary period and partial medical/dental benefits after.
