Log Driver ETA and Assignment in Shipping App

Take Driver Calls upon approach to yard, park or send to yard accordingly

Oversee Virtual Yard Map and Spot Availability

Prepare Load Paperwork / Manage Dispatch Printer

Get ETAs for Action Items / Work Orders / Jobs

Review Driver Lunches (including pickup truck(s) drivers

Driver lunch location (in yard or near yard)

Driver turnaround report accuracy

Departure time (1st run)

End of Day time (final run, leaving for day)

Review time at jobsite and in yard (fueling time, etc.)

Review route time from job site and to yards (using the correct freeways, etc.)

Determine why 3 runs per day was not achieved.

Cube Report, one day and 7 day average, compare to our goals

Driver reported issues, tie down trouble, loading trouble, stand by time, etc.

Review inspection reports for required repairs, safety issues, etc.

Manage drivers throughout the day using Trucking app and other tools

Follow up on DRs, why it was required, resolve issues preventing electronic signatures

Verify Photos sent from drivers, to ensure quality and usefulness

Backup Dispatcher training

Must be able to participate in E-Verify
