We are searching for an individual who excels in maintaining efficient warehouse operations with meticulous attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring adherence to safety regulations, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, prioritizing timely delivery and optimizing resource utilization.
- Implement and maintain effective inventory management systems to uphold inventory accuracy.
- Enhance warehouse productivity and reduce operational costs by analyzing and improving existing processes.
- Enforce company policies, including safety protocols, and promptly address any non-compliance.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement initiatives to optimize warehouse operations.
- Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse or similar environment.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, encompassing receiving, picking, packing, and shipping processes.
- Forklift Operation certified
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems and related software.
- Understanding of inventory management principles and practices.
- Effective problem-solving skills and the capacity to make informed decisions in a fast-paced setting.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

- A high school diploma or equivalent, as well as additional education or certifications in logistics or supply chain management, are advantageous.
- $20 to $24 per hour, depending on experience
