Port dispatcher and customer service

We are a trucking company located in Compton, CA looking for a dispatcher/customer service person to assist with below:

Input orders

Check container availability

Schedule delivery appointments

Schedule port appointments

Route drivers to the ports to pick up/return containers

Resolve drivers' problems

Confirm drivers' assignments in the system

Previous experience in logistics/trucking industry is a plus

Experience using Profit Tools/other trucking management system is a plus

Able to work independently and efficiently
