maintenance/service technician

Residential community seeking all around maintenance/service technician for property upkeep. Experience in all or some of the following is required: plumbing, electrical, drywall, interior and exterior painting, flooring, landscaping, appliance repair, carpentry, light construction, hvac, safety protocols, compliance rules and regulations, etc.

After a probationary period you'll be eligible for the following benefits: Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance. 401K. Paid Holidays and Vacation. Must have own tools. Some tools the company will provide. Must have valid CA Drivers License. On-site transportation is provided. English is a must. Spanish is a plus.
