Property Management Company is Seeking Customer Service Operator for busy Maintenance Dispatch Call Center

Requirements:

-High School Graduate

-Maintenance Call Center Experience a plus +

-Yardi experience a plus +

-Customer Service experience is a must

-Excellent oral and written communication skills

-Multi-tasker

-Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a must

-Positive attitude in high paced environment

Description

-Working in a team environment to handle heavy call volume

-Responding to calls and scheduling repairs using Outlook and Yardi

-Other clerical duties as assigned

-Provide support to senior team members
