Valet Manager Wanted for High-End Restaurant

Are you a polished, professional leader with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences? Our upscale, high-end restaurant is seeking an experienced Valet Supervisor/shift lead to oversee our valet operations.

What You’ll Do:

Manage and lead a team of valet attendants to ensure smooth and efficient parking services.

Assist on doing weekly schedules.

Manage labor WoW

Write daily/weekly reports for upper management

Write weekly inventory (equipment , tickets, uniforms) to upper management

Provide a welcoming, professional first impression for all guests.

Coordinate valet activities with upper management to maintain flow and avoid delays during peak hours.

Train and mentor valet team members to uphold the highest standards of service.

Ensure the safety and security of all guest vehicles.

work under challenging conditions hot, cold, rain and under pressure.

Be a team player, expectations are that the leader can work as valet clerk, cashier, doorman or shuttle driver if needed.

Address and resolve any guest concerns or operational challenges promptly and effectively.

write and follow up on car accidents claims

Weekends mandatory

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in valet operations or hospitality, preferably in a luxury environment.

Strong leadership skills with a focus on teamwork and customer service.

plan for events and schedules accordingly.

Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage a fast-paced environment.

Enforce professional appearance and demeanor for all valet employees

Issue corrective actions / discipline employees

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

manage time cards, attendance,approve denied request time offs.

Hire/ onboard/ train employees
