Project Manager

The Project Manager will play a key role in driving the planning, execution, and successful delivery of a diverse range of projects across Guzman y Gomez, ensuring they are completed within scope, timeline, and budget. From projects focused on People and Operations to Sustainability and beyond, this role will span multiple critical business areas. You’ll oversee the entire project lifecycle—from initial conception to seamless transition into operations—ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and leading the delivery of impactful, high-quality results.What you can expect in the role:Lead multiple projects ensuring alignment with goals and stakeholder expectations, through structured project governance, and effective reportingEnd to end accountability for project delivery across all project phasesMotivate teams, manage timelines, and ensure project milestones are metBuild and maintain strong stakeholder & vendor relationships, ensuring timely and quality deliveryDevelop and review project scopes and plans, proactively managing risks and issues, and proposing solutions.Track project budgets, ensure financial alignment, and handle scope changes with stakeholder approvalDrive communication and training plans to ensure successful project adoptionYou’ll enjoy this role if you have:3-5 years of Project Management experience delivering projects for a variety of industries and functionsEffective problem-solving skills and flexibility to pivot where necessaryRelevant certification in project management including methodologies and principlesStrong stakeholder and relationship management skills with the ability to work effectively with all organisational levelsAbility to negotiate and influence others to drive resultsUnderstanding of the importance of effective change management in project execution BenefitsWe’re incredibly proud of our amazing people and always have each other’s backs.
