If you have a passion for developing data driven B2B marketing strategies, educating and inspiring business decision makers, and helping customers realize of the possibilities of a modern cloud-connected data platform, read on…Ensono is seeking a Senior Partner Marketing Manager who can accelerate business and revenue growth through and with global Cloud Service Provider (CSP) partners globally. This position will be responsible for defining the strategy, development, execution, and measurement of global partner marketing programs that increase awareness, accelerate the Ensono growth strategy, and drive adoption of Ensono’s Managed Service Provider, Hybrid IT, and Migration offerings with AWS, Azure and Google Cloud. You will develop and drive both ‘with’ and ‘through’ partner demand generation campaigns—working collaboratively across internal and external stakeholder groups, including the partner organization, sales leadership, and teams within your managed partners. You will also help recruit, nurture, and build the right partner ecosystem and marketing support infrastructure to ensure partners are able to drive new deal opportunities.As the Senior Partner Marketing Manager, you will also oversee the effective management of the company’s partner relationship management (PRM) portal. You will also work to showcase the value of the cloud partner ecosystem by capturing success stories and working across the organization to generate excitement for working with CSP partners. You will own the Market Development Funds (MDF) from CSPs partners to supplement a full spectrum of marketing tactics to ensure achievement of revenue growth. You will come to the table with the ability to work at all levels—identifying strategic market opportunity and risk, creating innovative marketing programs, and executing co-marketing activities that drive measurable results.What You Will Do:
Develop and deliver a modern, results-based global partner marketing program that supports Ensono’s business goals.
Define and implement marketing campaigns that reflect Ensono’s global partnering strategies.
Lead the identification and creation of content assets, tools, and resources to support partners in driving activities and business growth.
Ensure sufficient content and supporting material is available to partners to drive improved performance.
Communicate meaningful results from key marketing programs to key stakeholders/executive leadership teams.
Work in close collaboration with Ensono’s Partner Business Development Team to enhance the ability to reach prospects and enable relevant, targeted campaigns.
Design, implement and drive effective budget management processes utilizing market development funds (MDF).

Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing
7+ years of relevant work experience in partner or channel marketing
Direct experience working at or with major public cloud providers
Understanding of cloud technology
Proven record of creating and delivering successful partner marketing strategies with the ability to switch between tactical and strategic initiatives
Experience managing a partner relationship management portal (PRM) is a big plus
Knowledge of the IT industry preferred
High degree of familiarity with marketing automation (Marketo preferred), CRM (Salesforce preferred), email marketing, & marketing analytics
Big picture thinker with meticulous attention to detail; you will need to understand the overall business and marketing strategy, translate that into a referral-acquisition strategy and guide the team through execution
Excellent written communication skills; copywriting, messaging, and internal communications.
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA or similar advanced degree
Independent, Self-directed
Quantitative analysis skills, familiarity with common marketing measurement
Strong presentation & communication skills
Strong empathy, self-awareness, and interpersonal skills
West Coast or Seattle area preferred, remote role

As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay scale for this role is $93K to $135K annually based on a full-time schedule. Please note that placement in the range may vary based on numerous factors including but not limited to skills, experience, internal equity, and business needs.
