Director of Commercial Construction Operations

One of our best customers, a growing commercial construction company, has asked for our help to hire an experienced Director of Operations in Nashville, TN.The Director of Operations will lead a Team of Project Managers & Superintendents to ensure budgets, deadlines and quality are met on projects throughout the Southeast.They'll administer construction contracts and conduct onsite observation of work during construction to monitor compliance with plans.Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in construction management preferred. 5+ years’ experience managing construction projects required. Experience managing commercial construction projects valued 20M+.Our client offers:

A base salary in the $180K range

15% bonus potential
