We are expanding our offerings at Birch Studios and accepting applications for a licensed massage therapist or esthetician.

We have one more room available and looking for the perfect addition. Each room is run independently as their own business while sharing a great community amongst each other.

Available room is a double (great for sharing w/a work bestie if you only want to work part time!) @ 500/wk

What's included in rent:

In Room:

-Brand new shelving and cabinetry w/utility sink

-Separate heating & A/C

-Some furniture if needed

-Ability to customize your own space

Amenities:

-Wifi & Utilities

-Access to washer and dryer

-Common areas: kitchen, bathroom, shampoo area & waiting area

-Access to your studio 7 days/week (set your own schedule!)
