Outside Roadside Services is looking for a dedicated and reliable Roadside Technician to join our team in South Florida! If you’re passionate about helping others and enjoy working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment, this job is for you!

Job Role & Responsibilities:

Provide emergency roadside assistance to motorists in need (battery jumps, tire changes, fuel delivery, lockout assistance, etc.)

Respond quickly to service calls while maintaining professionalism and a positive attitude

Perform routine vehicle inspections to ensure safe and efficient operation

Manage and maintain roadside service equipment and tools

Work independently and troubleshoot mechanical problems in the field

Maintain accurate records of service calls and completion reports

Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and assistance

Requirements:

Experience in roadside assistance or mechanical knowledge is a plus

Ability to work in various weather conditions

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
