Are you an experienced accounting professional with a strong background in manufacturing finance? Join our team as an Account Controller, where you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring financial integrity, efficiency, and growth in a fast-paced manufacturing environment!

Key Responsibilities:

- Help oversee financial operations and accounting processes

- Manage cost accounting, inventory valuation, and product costing

- Prepare and analyze financial statements, WIP reports, budgets, and forecasts

- Monitor and control financial performance, identifying areas for cost-saving and process improvement

- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, tax laws, and internal financial policies

- Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes

- Collaborate with operations and production teams to track costs, margins, and profitability

What We’re Looking For:

- 4+ years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA preferred)

- Must be local as this is a traditional office position

- Strong knowledge of cost accounting, financial analysis, and budgeting

- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and inventory management

- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (ERP systems experience is a plus)

- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
