Job description

Father-daughter team, small animal, family owned veterinary practice looking for veterinary assistants/technicians. Full time and part time positional available.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include restraining animals, assisting the doctor in the exam room, prepping patients for surgery and monitoring anesthesia, writing drug labels and filling prescriptions, cleaning kennels, and having good communication with our clients. Must have a positive attitude and be able to do basic math.

Qualifications

We would prefer to hire an individual with previous experience in the veterinary field BUT we are willing to train the right person.
