-High volume of leads

-High quality leads (no angi's list, no cold leads, only interested and ready-to-go homeowners)

-High commission rate (almost double then industry standard)

Must be:

-Experienced with residential HVAC sales

-Experienced working with financing companies

-Able to keep high closing ratio

-Able to learn how to operate CRM and Lead-Management software

-Organized and self driven individual
