Trilogy Excursions is the premier sailing, snorkeling and whale watching provider in Maui and we are looking for the right individual to join our 'Ohana in the role of Assistant Director of Sales and Marketing . This role focuses on driving sales, building strong industry relationships, and creating impactful marketing strategies that showcase Maui’s unique experiences.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field, along with at least five years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry. A strong understanding of Maui’s tourism landscape, including hotel and vendor partnerships, is essential. We’re looking for someone with a proven track record of sales success, expertise in digital marketing and social media, and exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

Sales & Business Development

Develop and maintain strong relationships with Maui hotels, concierges, travel agencies, and activity vendors.

Identify and secure new B2B Corporate/Incentive Travel partnerships to grow sales and expand market reach.

Assist in the development of strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue goals.

Represent Trilogy Excursions at networking events, trade shows, and industry meetings.

Provide training and support for sales partners to ensure accurate product knowledge and strong brand advocacy.

Marketing & Brand Development:

Collaborate on marketing campaigns that highlight Trilogy Excursions’ unique experiences and values.

Support digital marketing efforts, including social media, content creation, SEO, and paid advertising.

Oversee the production of promotional materials, brochures, and website updates.

Oversee Campaigns and website updates for our online retail store

Track and analyze marketing performance to refine strategies and optimize ROI.

Revenue & Performance Management:

Monitor key performance indicators, including booking trends, booking lead times, conversion rates, and guest demographics.

Work with the finance and operations teams to adjust pricing, promotions, and sales strategies based on market trends.

Assist in forecasting and budgeting to ensure revenue targets are met.

Customer Engagement & Experience:

Enhance guest experiences through personalized services and loyalty initiatives.

Gather customer insights through our Secret Shopper program to drive service improvements and enhance product offerings.

Work closely with Guest Services Manager and Operations teams to ensure a seamless booking-to-sailing experience
