Rough FRAMER/CARPENTER
We're looking for additional craftsmen to join our construction team. Currently, we are seeking candidates who have mid-level skills in rough framing. This position will entail a carpenter who, set trusses, and has the abili can frame wallsty to sheath an 8-pitch roof. The expectation is for the carpenter to work safely and efficiently; at times, the carpenter will be unsupervised in performing any task. Wall plates are laid out for you, but you are entrusted with identifying Xs and Os to build windows and door openings. It is an absolute must that you are comfortable with heights because you will have to help sheath. We pay fairly and on time, and an opportunity to grow with an employee-owned company exists. We're a profit-sharing company; if you perform consistently and are dependable, you will be rewarded. We take great pride in trying to offer the best work experience. Our goal is to grow into a company that can provide you with rates as high as $35 an hour,ivated talent who can demonstrat yet we need mote their worth as an investment. Lead Carpenters $23-$25 can apply and earn the higher rate with the expectation that you will be self-managede to read prints. Carpenter position pays $20-$22. Laborer posit and must be ablion $18-$20. Laborers are required to sheath and build interior walls without much guidance. We have inside work on super cold days, such as finish carpentry; therefore, there is no reason we cannot keep you busy. On payday, there are no excuses—only direct deposits paid on time every time. We get paid every week by direct deposit. There are two positions left that need to be filled immediately.
