Part-time Housekeeping Position

I'm a friendly, happy, but stressed-out entrepreneur with three businesses and a hectic travel schedule. I need someone to help me!It's a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment in Downtown Raleigh. When my children were young, my helper from Oaxaca became a member of the familyher children were welcome guests at parties and vacations. I had to leave her when I moved.

I speak a little Spanish and Frenchenough for us to get by. A lot of English is not needed for this job.

Help Needed:

Maintain cleanliness and order, including floors, cabinets, countertops, storage spaces, trash disposal, dusting, etc. for:

1. Bathrooms

2. Bedrooms

3. Kitchen

4. Living spaces

Perform deep cleaning when required.

Assist with Organizational Needs (I have 3 storage spaces that need to be organized, eventually)

Cooking of some meals and maintaining storage of dishes and cookware.

Clean all laundry, including changing bed linens on schedule.

Iron clothes when needed.

Bringing in the mail.

Provide other personal assistance, like packing, unpacking

Must have a caring heart and willingness to serve others

Extra (paid per event) if you can run personal errands on my behalf, including dry cleaning, prescriptions, shopping, visiting the post office or other errands neededbut only if you have a car. It is not needed for this job.
