Part Time/Full Time Ranch Hand

We are seeking a part-time ranch hand with the opportunity to transition to full-time based on performance and attendance.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM (flexible)

Some weekends depending on work needed.

Pay: $20+/hour, depending on experience

Job Responsibilities:

General land maintenance, landscaping, and mowing

Basic construction and repair work

Operating a tractor

Requirements:

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Ability to communicate in English or Spanish
