Position: Plant Foreman

Location: Graniteville VT

We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team. We are looking for someone to manage our Aggregate Drying and Bagging Plant. Candidates will manage daily activities, including supervising the drying plant employees and the bagging operations, keeping record of inventory, actively coordinate with the sales team on orders, and improve operational efficiencies. Candidates must possess a good work attitude along with being a team player. This is a fulltime 40+ hour per week position with a possible short Winter seasonal layoff. Some mechanical abilities would be preferred but are not necessary. We are willing to train the right person, no previous experience required.
