Spa Manager

This job can be full time Monday - Friday or can be Wednesday-Friday. We are flexible on if you want full or part-time.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Spa Manager to oversee the daily operations of our small spa facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. This role involves managing a small team, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and maintaining a welcoming and relaxing environment for our clients. (Please do not show up at our spa, or call, send a resume via the email with a letter of intent. The front desk will not be able to help you)

Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of the spa, ensuring all services are delivered to the highest standards.

Manage and train spa staff, fostering a positive team environment that encourages professional growth.

Handle cash management responsibilities, including cash register operations and daily financial reconciliation.

Maintain inventory levels by managing stock and ordering supplies as needed.

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote spa services and increase retail sales.

Negotiate with vendors to secure favorable terms for products and services.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the spa environment.

Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance client satisfaction.

Skills

Proven experience in store management or a similar leadership role within a retail or service environment.

Exerienced in word and excel is a must

Proficient in cash handling procedures and retail math for accurate financial management.

Excellent team management abilities, with a focus on motivating and developing staff.

Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for clients.

Familiarity with cash register systems and inventory management practices.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of spa operations.
