Snow Plow Loader / Tractor Operator
A-Team Alaska, LLC specializes in reliable grounds maintenance, snow plowing, snow removal, ice and landscape management services in Anchorage. Our crews are trained to work with an ATTENTION TO DETAIL. A-Team Alaska LLC is looking for professional and reliable loader/tractor operators for the current season. Being an operator even though it is seasonal you must be available 24 hours, 7 days a week during the winter season. This position may turn into a monthly "guaranteed pay" position. Hours are dictated by snowfall. Our winter hours are typically from 2 AM and may go until 4-6 PM, dependent on snowfall.
Our equipment is modern, well-maintained, and within a few years of age, reflecting our commitment to quality and reliability. We take pride in providing top-of-the-line equipment in excellent condition, including John Deere 5 Series tractors with 16-18 ft extendable plows and Volvo front-end loaders equipped with blades.
This job is starting off on call and can turn into a weekly guaranteed pay once you are past probation period.

They must be at least 18 years old, legally able to work in the United States, and able to pass a background check and drug screening.
Being an Operator requires performing snow removal and related tasks, including operating equipment such as loaders, tractors, and plow trucks. The role involves reading and interpreting maps and route sheets to ensure accurate service delivery. Operators must be capable of working independently while maintaining communication with the supervisor by phone.
The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of experience operating a loader and/or tractor for snow operations, as well as 2 years of experience operating a snow plow truck, both of which are required. A valid driver’s license is also required. Additionally, 1 year of grounds maintenance experience is preferred.
Starting pay is dependent on skills and/or qualifications.
