Description We are offering an exciting opportunity as a Project Manager in the Non-Profit industry, based in Indiana. PLEASE NOTE: YOU BE A GARY, INDIANA RESIDENT TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITIONThis position offers a salary of $60,000-$80,000 annually plus full benefits.Responsibilities: Lead the development of detailed project plans, ensuring the tracking and monitoring of progress. Facilitate the allocation of necessary resources to the project, ensuring efficient utilization. Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and cost using appropriate project management techniques. Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, staff, and project partners, ensuring ongoing project success. Conduct regular meetings to discuss project progress and future planning. Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to ensure project visibility and support. Stay updated on all project-related intelligence and recommend changes when necessary. Oversee internal and external project resources, including third-party vendors. Foster a human-centered project environment, ensuring that each team member is focused, informed, and relevant. Assist in defining the project's scope and objectives, including building networks with relevant stakeholders or by convening various groupsRequirements GARY, INDIANA RESIDENCY REQUIRED Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Project Management role within a non-profit organization Proficient in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software Demonstrable experience with budget processes and financial planning Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Proven experience in Cross Functional Project Management Strong knowledge and application of Project Management principles and methodologies Experience in managing complex project timelines and deliverables Proficiency in project tracking using various tools and software Prior experience in staff scheduling and resource allocation Proven track record in successful project management execution and delivery.TalentMatch® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
