House Cleaner for Vacation Rentals

A locally operated vacation rental management company is seeking an independent contractor house cleaner, or cleaning team, to clean vacation rental properties in Morro Bay, Los Osos and/or Cayucos. The schedule varies and is totally dependent on our guests’ check in/check out schedule, so flexibility is a must and you will be expected to work any day of the week as needed. We prefer someone local to the Morro Bay area. You must be reliable and have positive references. Liability insurance and business license are required and can be acquired after hiring if you don’t have them now. We use a maintenance tracking app that you will be asked to become proficient on and so you will need to have a smart phone to access it.

Our company prides itself on providing clean, well-maintained homes for our guests so you will be expected to meet our cleaning standards and we do perform cleaning audits periodically. We pay our cleaners generously per job, not by the hour. We currently manager about 65 properties within the county and we will be growing our vacation rental presence in this area so we look forward to partnering with a cleaning contractor that is also looking to grow their business along with us!
