Food Expeditor

Me & Billy Kitchen and Bar is looking for a strong communicator to work in our kitchen as a food expeditor.

This position is responsible for:

- reading and calling out food tickets

- seeing that food is plated correctly with the correct sides

- ensuring garnishes are applied to dishes

- helping to choreograph timing between multiple stations in the kitchen

- overseeing quality of product being served

This is a night position with some day hours possibly becoming available.

This position requires excellent reading and communication and multitasking skills.

One year restaurant experience required.
