Looking for off hours outdoor cleaning contractor

We are looking for a person to do some outdoor cleaning during off hours (nights and/or weekends) and is highly flexible. The process once routine should take about 30 minutes per location once on site.

We are currently cleaning up to 29 various locations around Mississippi and pay is a percentage of overall pay. The overall locations are the same, however some are monthly, some bi-monthly and some quarterly. Our current contractor is retiring after over 10 years of service.

This is a sub contractor position and more locations may open back up. The person should have an area to store cleaning products (shed or garage), a leaf blower and cell phone. A truck with an open bed is highly preferred.
