The Product Marketing Manager will play a critical role in driving the success of our recruitment technology solutions, with a particular focus on enabling our partners to drive user adoption of VONQ through their solutions. This position is responsible for understanding the market landscape, end-user requirements, and partner enablement strategies.

You will work cross-functionally with product, sales, and partner teams to develop and execute marketing strategies that position our products effectively and empower partners to sell to their customer base.Key responsibilitiesPartner Enablement: Design and execute partner enablement programs, including training materials, sales collateral, and go-to-market strategies to equip partners with the knowledge and tools they need to successfully promote and sell our products. This role will be particularly focused on HAPI partners, ensuring they are aware of the power and value of VONQ for their customers and can effectively drive user adoption through their solutions.Product Launches: Lead go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature updates. Work with product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure successful launch execution and alignment across all channels.Product Positioning & Messaging: Develop compelling product positioning, value propositions, and messaging that clearly communicates how our solutions address customer pain points and differentiate us from competitors.Sales Support & Collateral Creation: Collaborate with the sales team to create and deliver sales support materials such as product presentations, white papers, case studies, and demos to drive engagement with prospects and customers.Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor the success of product marketing efforts by tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting on product adoption, partner success, and overall campaign performance.Content Creation & Thought Leadership: Develop content for various channels, including blog posts, webinars, and white papers that highlight industry trends, product innovations, and our unique value proposition. Position the company as a thought leader in recruitment technology.Competitive Analysis: Stay up to date with competitors in the recruitment technology space and perform regular competitive analyses. Use findings to inform product development, marketing tactics, and partner strategies.Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product management, sales, and marketing teams to ensure alignment on product strategy, messaging, and campaign execution. Provide insights and support to drive both product adoption and revenue growth.
