Key Responsibilities:
● Contact Verification: Utilize your phone communication skills to call hospitals from our provided list, confirming and updating contact details (e.g., hospital name, department name, phone number, and contact person/title).
● Identify Decision-Makers: Engage with department personnel to identify key individuals, including managers, directors, and supervisors in operating rooms, supply chains, and nursing management.
● Promote an Upcoming Event: Inform decision-makers about our upcoming healthcare conference, addressing their questions, noting their interest, and offering resources to foster engagement.
Deliverables:
● A verified and updated contact list, ensuring all department and personnel information is accurate.
● Clear identification of decision-makers, complete with their roles and titles.
● Detailed notes on interest in follow-up or participation in the upcoming trade show.
● Consistent progress reports, including any challenges encountered and solutions implemented.
