Administrative Assistant
DeAngelo Contracting Services is looking for a dedicated and hardworking Administrative Assistant to join our team at the South Point office. This position requires someone with a positive attitude and a passion for providing excellent customer service. The role involves performing essential administrative tasks to support both our team and our clients.This position is 100% onsite and approx. start will be March 3rd. Key Responsibilities:Provide support to the Office ManagerOffer exceptional assistance to staff and customersManage and update Microsoft Excel spreadsheets on a daily basisOrganize and maintain all documents (both electronic and physical) in an orderly mannerEnsure the office environment remains clean, organized, and visually appealingAccurately and promptly handle data entry, monitoring, reporting, and filing tasksMaintain a strong focus on customer service in all forms of communicationPerform a variety of additional tasks, including scanning, copying, licensing, organizing files, creating spreadsheets, and providing support to managers as neededCarry out other duties as assignedThis is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a supportive role and enjoys contributing to a positive, efficient work environment.
