About the role

Under limited supervision, provides general administrative support for the Real Estate Management and renovations projects team. Assists with tenant and vendor customer service.

Responsibilities:

1. Reception / Answering Phones, including extensive client interaction (via telephone, e-mail, fax)

2. Timely reporting buys and sales

3. Coordinating closings with Title Company closers

4. Ordering & Maintaining Supplies

5. Filing and Organizing

6. Sending Newsletters / Mailers

7. Maintaining General Office Appearance

8. General office work (faxing, filing, making copies, organizing, etc.)

9. Data Entry – Excel, Word, BMS program

10. ARCH call detail report reconciliation

11. Enter numbers on Franchise Activity Report

12. Managing & Setting Up Utility Accounts, Termite Bonds & Property Insurance

13. Coordinating Real Estate Closings

14. General bookkeeping including data entry into QuickBooks.

High school diploma/general education degree (GED) and a minimum of three years of related experience or training.

Requires basic knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages.

Ability to understand and carry out general instructions. Ability to solve problems in standard situations; Requires basic analytical skills.

Intermediate to sophisticated skills with Microsoft Office Suite
