Catering/Sales Manager

Seeking an individual that is motivated and has at least 2 years' experience in both Catering and Sales. Will be responsible for driving revenue through securing catering events, managing client relationship and overseeing the successful execution of all events. Excellent community with clients, hotel staff and management.

Catering:

Collaborate with culinary and operations teams to ensure successful event execution. Oversee the logistics of events, including menu selection, staffing, audio-visual needs and room setup. Work with clients to understand their needs and customize menus and event details. Manage budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness of catering services. Oversee event staff and ensure smooth service delivery. Conduct post-event follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction and solicit future business.

Sales:

Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve catering revenue targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive sales efforts (cold calling, networking, attending industry events). Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and other potential customers. Respond to inquiries, provide quotes, and negotiate contracts for catering services. Conduct site visits and tasting for potential clients. Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market condition.

Proficiency in Caterease, Opera, Word, Excel, Publisher, etc., is a plus.
