Lloyd’s Pest Control in El Cajon is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Scheduler to help keep our service operations running smoothly. What You'll Be Doing:
Manage Technician Schedules: Take the lead in scheduling and rescheduling technician appointments using Clypboard, ensuring efficient route assignments to keep customers happy and service flowing smoothly.
Resolve Scheduling Conflicts: Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts each month, adjusting appointments and times as needed to avoid disruptions.
Support Technicians: Be the main point of contact for technicians needing assistance with their routes or scheduling adjustments, helping solve issues as they arise.
Coordinate Service Work: Schedule non-hard-scheduled jobs, handle cancellations, and make sure services are quickly rescheduled so no customer is left waiting.
Manage Time Off & Special Requests: Track vacation, holidays, and other special requests while ensuring technician schedules stay full and efficient.
Customer & Account Support: Collaborate with Accounts Receivable to resolve "On Hold" accounts and schedule necessary services, ensuring smooth operations.
Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks, such as mailing service slips and supporting new customer onboarding for our field sales teams.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with management, supervisors, and technicians to ensure schedules align with customer needs. Assist with customer calls and participate in team meetings to improve processes.
What We’re Looking For:
Skills & Experience:
Experience with scheduling software (Clypboard is a plus), Excel, and Word.
Strong communication and customer service skills – comfortable interacting with both technicians and customers.
Ability to juggle multiple tasks while staying organized.
At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or scheduling role.
Education:
High School diploma or GED required. College degree a plus.
