Office Assistant - Customer Service
We are a small office in Freeport looking for office assistant to help our day to day operations.
Local to Freeport preferred, full time Monday through Friday.
The position will include, order entry, ,customer service, printing and emailing, communicating with customers and staff.
This focus when you start will be on order entry, printing and organizing product labels/ ordering print supplies, customer support.
Knowledge of InDesign is a plus, we will train the right person.
We have recently moved to a building on the water in freeport. Our office is looking for long term team players.
Requirements:
Working knowledge of office equipment.
Attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Great attitude with pleasant phone presence.
