Verify & post account transactions

Process vendor payments match purchase orders to bills

Review vendor statements & reconcile discrepancies

Generate & distribute weekly ageing reports

Investigate & resolve billing disputes

Monitor & follow up on outstanding receivables

Reconcile customer accounts & manage payment applications
