Full-time Licensed Massage Therapists

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various massage techniques and a deep understanding of human anatomy and physiology. As a Massage Therapist, you will provide therapeutic treatments to clients, helping them relieve pain, reduce stress, and improve overall well-being. Your expertise will play a crucial role in enhancing the client experience and promoting a healing environment.

Responsibilities

-Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand individual needs and concerns.

-Develop personalized treatment plans based on client assessments and goals.

-Perform various massage techniques, including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy, to address specific issues.

-Maintain accurate records of client treatments and progress.

-Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and provide recommendations for ongoing care.

-Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for clients before, during, and after treatments.

-Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed to support patient health goals.

-Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in massage therapy techniques.

Skills

-Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology to effectively assess client needs.

-Proficiency in various massage techniques, including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy.

-Excellent customer service skills to create a positive experience for clients.

-Understanding of occupational health principles related to massage therapy practices.

-Ability to manage pain through effective treatment strategies tailored to individual clients.

-Experience in med spa environments is a plus but not required.

-Strong communication skills to educate clients about their treatment plans and wellness strategies.

Pay: $16.75 - $50.00 per hour
