Lawn Care Crew Leader/ Landscape assistant

SEASIDE SCAPES is a landscaping/lawn care company. We are currently seeking to hire a crew leader to manage our lawn care accounts and also assist with installation of landscaping, irrigation systems and hardscape surfaces.

Successful candidates for this position MUST have the following

1. Driver License with clean driving record

2. Recent verifiable experience as a CREW LEADER in lawn maintenance.

3. Familiarity with and basic trouble shooting ability for all equipment used (zero turn mowers, weed whackers, edgers, blowers etc.)

4. Excellent Leadership and Interpersonal skills

5. Ability to back up and maneuver pickup truck with attached enclosed trailer

6. Reliable Transportation

Physical Requirements for this position:

Bending, kneeling, heavy lifting, and frequent walking

Must be able to tolerate extreme weather conditions

Must be able to navigate rough and uneven terrain
