Organic Veggie & Flower Farm is Hiring

Our farm is growing and we're looking to bring on a few part-time folks to join the team this year.

We're offering an opportunity to build-your-own position. You can choose between a few different roles to design the position that is a perfect fit for your schedule and interests. Job would start in early May and go through October. Choose between work in the field, wash-pack, or running the booth at a local farmers market. 8-40 hours/week available depending on applicant interest and availability.

Here's a peek: All roles pay $16-19/hour depending on experience. Paid lunch and mid-morning break for full day (8 hour) shifts. Gear stipend. All the food and flowers you can eat. Farmstand discount.

Stone's Throw Farmstead is a half-acre certified organic market garden in Shrewsbury, VT. We're entering our third season and are gearing up for a exciting year of growth! We raise diverse vegetables, cut flowers, and a small flock of sheep for two weekly farmers farmers markets, a seasonal farm stand, flower CSA, and a handful of wholesale accounts. You'd work closely with the farmer owners Jess (33) and Connor (31) and a small team of delightful, fun folks.

We value producing high quality, nutritious, and inspiring food for our community in ways that leave this land better than we found it. We're a certified organic, no-till operation that embraces practices to build soil, support ecology, and grow some really beautiful and healthy food.
