Real Estate Office Manager

I am looking for a real estate agent who can train and manage other agents. 100% commission with a flat fee on all the office managers transactions. Fee structure for each transaction is negotiable.

Job description:

1. Help grow the brokerage for a percentage of the profits.

2. Recruit new agents

3. Create and implement a marketing plan for the brokerage.
