Lead Framer

Looking for a lead framer to work with my crew on new construction project in Alamo. Must be able to read plans and layout plates, must have years experience as a lead framer. Opportunity for Hardi siding installation to follow, finish carpentry thereafter. But rough carpentry experience needed right now. If you haven't scratched plates and built an entire house before please don't apply.
