Accounting Analyst

Description We are in the process of recruiting an Accounting Analyst to join our team for a Catering industry, based in Lebanon, Tennessee. In this role, you will be in charge of various accounting functions, including processing and examining invoices, maintaining asset inventories, and managing both accounts payable and receivable. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Utilize Accounting Software Systems and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning tools to perform accounting functions efficiently. Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) duties, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Analyze invoices for any missing information and rectify any discrepancies found. Oversee the Fixed Asset Accounting process, including the management of Fixed Asset Inventory. Conduct regular Auditing to ensure compliance and accuracy. Manage Billing Functions, ensuring all invoices are sent out promptly and correctly. Use ADP - Financial Services for financial transactions and record-keeping. Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience in an accounting role, preferably within the Restaurants & Catering industry Proficient in Accounting Software Systems Experience with ADP - Financial Services is a must Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems Demonstrable understanding of Accounting Functions Ability to manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) Proven experience in Auditing Skilled in executing Billing Functions Knowledge in Fixed Asset Accounting Experience with Fixed Asset Inventory Competency in handling Fixed Assets Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
