Looking for OTR driver

Class A CDL Owner/Operator looking for a driver for my truck that's opening up. Preferably someone that can drive a standard as truck is a 10 speed. I'm looking for a someone that is somewhat or thoroughly mechanically inclined as I do most of the work on my trucks. Must be able to have good communication skills with me and the people we work with. Must be able to keep truck in good shape as I do (basically treat my equipment like it's yours). Again, I am an owner operator so pay will be 1099, and payed a percentage of the gross.

-Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening & background check (clean MVR)

-Must have 2 year minimum driving experience

-SAP friendly but would be determined by insurance
