Experienced Mixologist/ Craft Cocktail Bartender

Responsibilities

Develop seasonal cocktail menus reflecting creativity

Agave forward Craft cocktails using premium spirits, fresh ingredients, and advanced techniques.

Engage with guests to provide recommendations and create personalized experiences.

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, craft beer, wines, and specialty drinks.

Collaborate with kitchen staff for ingredient prep, including juicing and syrups.

Stay updated on industry trends and new mixology techniques. Be Agave and Mexican spirits focused with Tequila, Mezcal, Sotol

Requirements

Expertise in classic and contemporary cocktails: minimum 2 years experience.

Creativity in experimenting with flavors and presentation.

Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

Precision and professionalism under pressure in a fast paced environment.

Compensation will be discussed at interview, this position is ‘full-time’.
