Job Description The VP, Technology Products and Platforms is responsible for overseeing the evolution, maturation, and implementation of existing shared services across the enterprise, driving the transformation from a labor and project focused strategy to technology product and platform model to drive autonomy and efficiency of application development teams across Fannie Mae. This includes leading the strategy, development, and maintenance of technology platforms, collaborating cross-functionally to deliver product solutions, and ensuring that the technical shared services meet the evolving needs of the business, portfolio technology teams, and other technology teams that will consume the services. This position will also be responsible for the rollout and adoption of these platforms, measuring usage and productivity gains, and partnering with the platform owners to deliver continuous improvement. This VP will report to the VP, Digital Integration and Transformation. Qualifications THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

10+ years of leadership experience in a technical product management, platform management, or a related role.

Proven track record in leading large-scale technical teams and product management initiatives, with a focus on shared services or platform product development.

Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment with a strong understanding of cloud platforms and modern software architectures.

Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading large, cross-functional teams.

Deep understanding of product management methodologies and frameworks (e.g., Agile, Scrum).

Experience in managing enterprise-grade platforms, including cloud technologies, microservices architecture, and APIs.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about technology and business needs.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Ability to influence decision-making at senior levels of the organization.

Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks relevant to platforms and product management.

Proficiency with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) and platform management tools (e.g., cloud infrastructure monitoring, DevOps tools).

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.
