Administrative Assistant/Office Manager
We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities with Office Manager as an option for qualified candidates.
Responsibilities:
Calendar Management: scheduling, printing daily job reports, and confirmation calling
Communications Management: answering phone calls, greeting visitors, monitoring email, and handling incoming/outgoing mail and shipments
Document Handling: maintaining filing systems with an emphasis on daily filing, managing contact database, maintaining customer information, and employee lists, and scanning
Data Entry: Entering received payments, running credit cards, sending invoices electronically or via US Mail
Assisting with HR: tasks include payroll, benefits, and employee onboarding
while maintaining an organized, clean office environment and performing other administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office, requiring strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
Skills:
Office Experience a Must
Working knowledge of office equipment
Excellent organizational skills
Superb written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with Google calendar, docs, and sheets
Accounting & QuickBooks knowledge a plus
Strong time-management skills, ability to work independently, and multitasking ability
Attention to detail and accuracy
Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
Experience developing internal processes and filing systems
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $19.00 per hour to start
Expected hours: 32+ per week
