Renovation/Maintenance Wokrer

Renovation/Maintenance full-time experienced worker wanted for 50 unit apartment complex.

Work includes but not limited to:

Plumbing, interior and exterior painting, tub/shower install, light landscaping, kitchen install, door replacements, lock replacements, light fixture replacements, dishwasher install, replace windows, install LVP flooring, siding replacement, any work orders as they come up and various other projects around the property.

Must have at lease 2 years applicable experience.

Must have reliable transportation.

Experience with using power tools

Mechanical aptitude

Will answer to manager. Must work efficiently, be able to prioritize, be dependable, and work well with other crew members. Tools will be provided.
