Maintenance / Handy Man

Seeking an experienced maintenance technician / handyman to join our team. The qualified technician will be servicing a residential property in the San Fernando Valley. Skills required, patching and painting, minor plumbing, minor electrical, installing fixtures, troubleshooting, and general handyman skills.

5 days per week / 8hrs per day. Might have to work weekends.
