Trapper /Pest Technician Trainee (What we call "Utility Tech") for Smith's Pest Management

Smith's Pest Management is hiring Technicians Trainees to join our team in the Bay area, covering The peninsula and South Bay.

We have been eliminating landscape pests in the Bay Area for over 15 years and take pride in professionalism, respect, and exceptional service.

Job Overview

Compensation: $27/hour during the training period ( approximately 90 days). There is a potential for annual comp of $65,000–$85,000 annually for commissioned technicians.

Training: No experience necessary—comprehensive training provided.

What You'll Do

Inspect yards for signs of gophers and moles.

Set traps and monitor progress.

Repeat the process as needed to eliminate rodents effectively.
