HOUSEKEEPER HOUSE MANAGER NEEDED ASAP

Executive Housekeeper/Household Manager Position Available must be able to relocate

We are seeking an Experienced Executive Housekeeper/Household Manager for a long-term position overseeing the care and management of TWO residences: one in Ponte Vedra, Florida, and the other in North Carolina. You will be required to travel between two homes typically 6 months at a time. you will be given a housing allowance.

Responsibilities:

Full-charge housekeeping: Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization in large homes. Knows how to clean fine finishes.

Create systems designed to insure maintenance of the home.

Laundry care: Washing, ironing, and wardrobe maintenance.

Errand running: Grocery shopping, dry cleaning, and other household tasks.

Administrative support: Light administrative duties, including managing household schedules and expenses.

Vendor coordination: Interact with vendors, contractors, and other household staff to ensure smooth operations.

General oversight: Multitask effectively, anticipate household needs, and maintain an eye for detail.

Requirements:

Experience in high-end or large homes with full-charge housekeeping and household management.

Good job stability and strong references (stellar recommendations required).

Ability to multitask efficiently, work independently, and have a positive attitude.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to interact professionally with vendors and staff.

Reliability and flexibility to travel between residences.
